A cosy room with a king-size bed and private ensuite, perfect for sharing with someone you know. Available only for two guests. Payment can be made separately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refunds (minus deposit) are available up to 30 days before the retreat. 50% refund up to 14 days prior. No refunds within 14 days. See full terms & conditions here.

Meet Your Teachers

  • Nadia is a yoga teacher and nutrition consultant specialising in pregnancy, postpartum care, and infant nutrition. With a background in holistic nutrition and yoga, she supports mothers through every stage of their journey. Now based in Iceland, she teaches at a birthing center in Reykjavik, helping women find balance through pregnancy and beyond.

  • Emilie draws from her own journey through mental and physical health to guide others in awakening their inner wisdom in motherhood. With a gentle yet grounding teaching style, she creates a safe space to reconnect with body and intuition. Based in Cyprus, she offers classes, workshops, and retreats that support women’s well-being through every stage of life.
